House Guardian was born from a reality we've heard about countless times.

 

Friends, family, work colleagues, and property owners often shared the same concern: having a house or property far from their area of residence and not knowing who to turn to when it was necessary to deal with something on-site.

 

Sometimes it was a technical visit. Other times it was a key handover, a check after a storm, the need to accompany a service provider, or simply to confirm that everything was alright at the property.

 

Nothing particularly complicated. But when you live in another city, are constantly busy with work, or reside abroad, these small situations can become major headaches.

 

Often the solution involves asking favors from family, friends, or neighbors. Other times it means making long trips just to resolve something that could be handled locally by someone trustworthy.

 

It was precisely from this need that House Guardian was born!

 

We are here to represent the interests of property owners when they are unable to be present. We conduct property inspections, oversee renovations, receive service providers, hand over keys, and provide on-site support whenever needed.

We work with property owners living in Portugal and those residing abroad, offering a trusted point of contact on the ground and close, transparent, and professional support.

 

Because it's not always possible to be present.
